GeekSuite Exteriors replaced my hail damaged roof. Everyone I dealt with was professional and provided exceptional customer service. Matt was excellent with communication and consistently kept me up to date on my claim with the insurance company from the initial evaluation through the project completion.
On the day the roof was replaced Matt made sure everything went as planned. The crew did a fantastic job and cleaned up the site down to the last nail.
I have worked in the Customer Service industry for over 30 years and I was impressed that there is still a company out there that believes in and practices such good service. I would highly recommend GeekSuite to anyone.

Geek Suite Exteriors recently installed a large bay window in my kitchen, replaced the roof on all three building on my property and installed fascia and soffits on my house. The team of professional installers carefully fit the products on my old uneven house. The marketing folks were not high-pressure salespeople pushing their products. Instead, the listened to our needs and concerns, then developed a plan that fulfilled our needs. They oversaw the complete installation at all stages and cleaned up the area upon completion.

Matt and his guys did an outstanding job on our new roof and adding two picture windows to our family room. They were super reasonable and worked with our insurance company so we didn’t have to deal with it at all.
It’s been almost 6 months since they completed and I still catch myself looking at how nice our roof turned out.

We had GeekSuite out to inspect our roof after a recent hail storm. They told us we didn’t have damage to the roof and opening a claim would be a waste of time. We were surprised because a week earlier we had someone at our door telling us we did have damage, but the way GeekSuite explained it to us we felt comfortable and trusted them. Shortly after the roof inspection about a couple weeks later we were interested in getting our old gutters replaced. We called Matt for help and he had took very good care of us and had us set up ASAP during this rainy season. We ended up having them replace our gutters and we couldn’t of been happier with how the process went. GeekSuite does top quality and professional work in my experience with them!! Will be calling them for all our future exterior needs!👍👍

After hearing a few other window sales pitches I decided to go with Matt. He was straight forward and his input made sense for my needs. When there was an error with my order that delayed my windows in a time where everything was already late, Matt and Todd took full responsibility and gave a more than fair solution.
